I had already issues regarding the sales person knowledge abt the car on 2nd day and complaint to the sales head mr pramod nimbhorkar but his response was that is perfectly normal. So i decieded to cancell my booking and they asked a cancellation of amt 1lac i was shocked so hd to go ahead and buy the car as a loved the car skoda but to my nightmare they did it again sales person mr deepak had no clue of the features of rain sensining wiper and audio system and worst was my deliver vehicle had a scrated headlamps both n i scrated tailamp and pen ink on my doors arm rest... I m really unhappy plz resolve this issue asap or elese plz return my money bcaus i really dont feel i like buying a vehicle in this condition after paying a handsome 25lacs Was this information helpful? | |||
