I had an issue with the drive ability of the car which i had made a complaint to the official skoda email id on november 2019. I have not received any update regarding it i am none of the service centres that i have been to have acknowledged or even rectified the complaint. I kept getting suggestions to change the suspension despite there being no issues in it. I have been wrestling with the car for the past 10 months. Recently a third party non-skoda workshop diagnosed my issue and found that it was the right lower arm ball socket that was broken. I got it changed and now my complaint is completely rectified and my skoda is back to its old drivability. The sort of inefficiency and poor knowledge about the car and its parts is baffling coming from a large auto-manufacturer.in this process i have also lost one of my tires due to faulty wheel alignment, and that is going to cost me another 12k.
