[Resolved] Skoda India — skoda rapid service workshop | |
This is vivek mittal I am very old customer of skoda using rapid and superb currently. Me met with an accident while using rapid in last of october 2017 and i have given car for repairing to saga private limited workshop jaipur on 4th of november and they have given me date 11th of nov. On which they will handover me my car after repairing so i make call on 11th of nov. So they postponed it to 13th of nov. On 13th of nov. Postponed it for after 5days on 20th of nov. Again they were not having my car ready and repaired and they are not giving answer properly and now even not attending my call. Very poor service. My car registration no. Is up85az0100 which belongs to mathura up and from here jaipur has 5hrs running distance and from mathura 2 times i have reached to jaipur for my car but they didn’t handover me repaired car. Please look after it and handover my car till tomorrow.. Was this information helpful? | |
