I have pre booked Skoda Slavia on 4th December 2021.
I have made online payment for Rs 11, 000/- kindly refer trail mail for the acknowledgment
While booking I choose Gurudev Motors Teynampet Chennai as my dealer.
I have been take tide by the dealer for allotting a vehicle for me till may end
Since I am clueless on my vehicle delivery I have requested the dealer to cancel my booking and refund my payment 11, 000/-
After almost 20 days follow up today I got Rs 10740/-
as my refund amount
When I enquired for balance Rs 260/- dealer has conveyed that they received only 10, 740/- from skoda out of my 11, 000/-
So please check and refund my pending Rs 240 on priority
The same concern has been raised to your customer care email and I got a reply mail saying my dealer will call and sort out the issue
I got a call from dealer but I didn’t get my balance amount.
I have wrote back to your customer care and escalated my concern but there was no response from your customer care
This is how a customer will be treated ? Can you please share me the mail id of next level concern authority who will take this feed back seriously and refund my balance amount Was this information helpful? |
