To begin with I had booked a Salvia style 1.0 on 07-May-22 and my choice of colour I had requested was red. At the time of booking the car ex showroom price was 13.99lacs and had features like - subwoofer, wireless charger, 10inch screen.Now today I get a confirmation from my dealer that I will not be getting the above said features and also the ex showroom cost has also increased by 40k.
Do you think customers are a joke.? U removing all the above mentioned features and in turn giving a SMP worth 25k to compensate for the above removal of features and a price increase of 40k. And making a statement in media as we are doing it to deliver cars on time…! I’m not sure why as a customer I should be the looser when I had my funding ready by 12-May-22.
Why don’t you compensate the customer with a better offer rather than increasing the ex showroom price.
This seems really unfair and doesn’t look good on a brand like SKODA
