I have posted my detail experience with this pathetic builder and after taking all money now he's saying that he has cancelled my apartment as I am not living in India so I am helpless. Can someone help me out.As I have taken below steps already.
- Filed the two RTI against him but no reply
- Filed the complaint at MOIA
- SSP complaint
- Court notice to him
Nothing is working from outside of India.
