Slice — Amount debited from account and Payment status is Success but not reflecting in Card

I made the full payment for Credit card through Slice UPI, the amount got debited my end and the payment status shows Success, but its not updated in my card.Slice people said that transaction got failed not received to Slice it will takes 7-9 Working days to refund the same amount to your bank.

Yesterday I raise a complaint customer care people said the has been received to Slice, but now again I called to Customer care they said that payment has been success from your end, but our end it got failed.So it will takes 7-9 working days.
