Slice — Harassment from recovery Agent

I faced financial loss in recent times and unable to pay my any outstanding loan amounts and this is my true unfortunate condition. I am explaining the same to slice and asking for loan emi extension or restructuring of my outstanding principle with extended loan tenure so that I can pay off the loan. But slice agents have nothing to do with my situation and asking me to pay the emi at any cost and threatening me that I will also face similar fate like a recent Jharkhand attack where a recovery agent ran over a tractor on pregnant woman.

Any legal ways by slice to recover their dues is always acceptable but they are just letting Goons to collect our dues and giving daily harassment to my entire family. When we installed the app we give permissions to contact lists as this is RBI register NBFC backed company, however the agents accessing my contact list and calling my relatives inorder to shame me. If this is the only way RBI is allowing loan companies to recollect dues then kudos.
