I had taken loan to which I had asked time to repay my loan as this is the first time in 4 years I had missed paying the loan back in time. Due to COVID I had to face job lose and I cannot see any other source from where I can pay my loan back so I had called help desk like many times for granting me to give so time. But now it has become worse as their employees had started threatening me by calling from different number, and evening sending whatsapp threat messages. There is no use of complaining this to the customer care as it is useless! They hire some local employees with no sense of how to take with customer using unprofessional abusive talking skills and tactics. Such a shame for a big firm company to do this. I have no option left now. Don't know what is gonna happen next. If there is anyone I can get help from do suggest what to do.
