Slice — Paymey and customer care service issue

I have the total bill of rupees 25, 772 and the date of payment was 5 th of June but I couldn't able to repayment for financial issue and it's been 11 days now .The total monay I have to pay is 28, 300 with interest .
And the details given. In the Google that if didn't pay after 5 days of billing date then the payment method automatically change to EMI.
But there is nothing happened any EMI on my payment method why.
And the customer care team is so bad that they put me on hold saying that they transferring the call to higher one but they just hold the call and doing their own talking.
I was waited for 4 minutes but they didn't respond and I cut the call and call the CC again this time they transfer the call to higher one but again I have waited approximately 4 to 5 minutes but they didn't response.
This the way they treated their customer.
And why the payment method didn't change,
