Slice — Refund issue

I am trying to calling there team from last 5 days nobody's picking the call even not replying on my tickets which I raised in there slice app. Worst service I've ever seen.As per paytm they refunded my amount in my slice card but I am unable to see any transactions in my card regarding that If you can help me for the same please do ASAP. Kindly find the attached snapshot for your reference
