Slice is a kind of a credit card. I have purchased a product from Myntra through my slice card and then i returned it and Myntra initiated the refund on 6th December which is supposed to be shown in slice till 16th December. But it's not showing. I ve contacted Myntra regarding that but they shared a reference number saying that from their side refund is issued and now this problem is from slice's side that it's not reflecting in slice app. I ve tried to contact slice through call, mail, WhatsApp atleast 8-9 times now but i got no response and when I get response, customer care leave the chat in middle or they just say that we are checking and then again no response. I have no clue what to do now. I am attaching some pictures as a proof. Please help me with the issue as slice is increasing fine on my amount and telling me again and again that they will inform CIBIL team but how is all this my fault. They are not even responding to my query.
