For 3 months I have been contacting Slice for my account closure. After 3 months they closed my slice borrow account and i got NOC for the same but then they activated the slice mini account without my permission and now its been 4 months i have been requesting them to close it but they are not acting on it and today as i spoke to the slice executive priyanka she told me just to log out of the account and delete the application. This is not acceptable as they are not ready to delete my Personal Information off their system. After I raise the ticket they put it in the resolved queries section and I'm attaching the screenshots regarding the same. I simply want them to delete all my personal information from their system and delete my account and log me out of the app so that i know everything has been deleted and I would also like it if they can give proof regarding the same.
