I paid the amount of 5, 000 and 39, 400 (both are UPI transactions) for the placement services. I talked to one of your support managers, Ajay initially, After receiving the payment they arranged the interview and later they said Cognizant people are busy and they delayed more than a month, Meanwhile I got an offer and sent multiple messages to return the amount as agreed. BUT they are not responding to the phone calls.
I discussed with one of the cognizant HR supervisors, he asked me to forward the details to take further action. I will wait till the end of this week for a smooth closure. If there is no response, I will escalate to the HR and post it in the cognizant portal. I will also log the police complaint towards the false transactions.
