Smart Career — Refund of money back to me

Smart Career team contacted me for job offer in Feb22 (Name :Krishna) and then they asked me to pay money via Carts for First interview, Second interview and Final interview. Totally the money paid by me is Rs 800000 (Total in 6 times). But due to the inordinant delay from Smart career and No formal interview scheduled with the the employer (Caterpillar India), I with draw my service and they have not paid the money back (after deducting the service charges which was mutually agreed). Now almost more than one year over and No one responding to calls. Now from Same Smart Career one more person called and asking "Are you looking any job change" . They are continuing this fraud strategy. Now I need the money to be refunded to me back as agreed.
