Today when I call the customer executive for the status of my mobile, they said they will nothing to do in this as mobile is with the co.
Don't know we are dealing here with company/brand of phone damaged or the insurance co., simply they are making foolish of people.
when i shout on them they simple disconnect the phone by saying we are not giving you your phone, do what you can.
