I have opened a demat account with SMC global yamunanagar branch with code YSY0068, At the time of account opening I was told that the brokerage would be 10/- per lot IN all segments, but after my first trade I was come to know that my brokerage is 5 time higher than the commited amount, when on saturday I called Mr Deepak the manager who opened the Demat account I asked him about the charges, he said that his boss is on leave, he will provide the approval for the same on urgent bases, but till 3PM the commitment was not full filled . I said him to call their boss on this Deepak replied that he is his boss so he can't call him twice.
Now I want to ask SMC global that the so called boss, is he the owner of SMC that he can't attend the call for client query.
What is the matter with this guy that he can't give the service on time, and when I asked Mr Deepak to prive me his no. He directly denied for the same. This is my right to have his no and ask him queries.
And if he is unable to do so then why is he working in the organisation.
Kindly provide me the solution for the same or I will have to pull the matter to SEBI and consumer court
