sir as per above order, you have supplied mi power bank is defective, mismatched and duplicate. it get discharge in 10 minites. iot is 21800 mah battery and unable to charge even 10000 mah battery . i have made 15 email on help desk . they only say that your mail mis receive, but after 10 day there is no repli. smienbuy ahmedabad, delhi customer care are not attandending complaint call on customer care no. smilenbuy chef mr. prabhat somani ([protected]) has disconned phone without reply. he is cheater. does not care customer. please arrange for return/ refund for defective product as early as possible.
