30th october 2013 would perpetually stay as that black day for me once i took the most foolish call of my life to place my hard-earned money into smr residential project in hyderabad. Secure delivery by 01-mar-12 however seven years have passed with neither a minuscule hope of flat nor any refund seeable. This unscrupulous builder doesn't even care to talk to the client, settle for their mistake and come forward for refund. But alas! I'm in india wherever product liability by the vendor could be a luxury with the only distinction, in this case, is that the "product" i. E. Promised dream house is still on the air and a cheated client like me remains to pay the emi lest the bankers would screw up my credit score.
