[Resolved] Snapdeal — Automatic cancellation of prepaid order | |||||
Hi, I'm Pranav Priyadarshi and two of my orders, Sub order id : [protected] & [protected] of Order id : [protected] were rescheduled for 12th of October. When not delivered to me till 17th I raised the concern by calling snapdeal. I had a word with Rahul who assured me that I'll recieve my product very soon. Next morning when I woke up I saw a message from snapdeal that my orders were cancelled and I again called you guys. I had word with Simran and she raised two tickets with #32926246 & #32926252. As both the orders being a prepaid order you were not supposed to cancel it without intimating me about what was going to happen. This is not a kind of service that I expect from you guys.
