Snapdeal — Cancelled my order without proper reason

I ordered for a product, but without contacting me my both couriours was returned by the courior company with reason address not complete. My detail address and mob num also mentioned, but there is no confirmation or any call from courier and they return my couriour. I request you, kindly go through this and please take any action.
