Snapdeal — Cash Refund

Dear Sir/Ma'am, This is to informed you that regarding my Snap deal cash(SD CASH) Rs.349/-, I have requested many times to Snap deal to refund the same to my bank account, which has not done since last 2 months. Every time they are fooling me.My order number is- [protected] & Complaint no[protected]. Below I am sending their latest received mail sent to me for further details. Please look into the matter & help me to recover my hard earned money from them.
