I mailed to snapdeal support on 2nd Dec13: I am Gopal Pal, my Order No is [protected]. I bought this product using HDFC 10% cash back offer. But till now I did not received the cash back in my account. Please check it and confirm me as soon as possible. ----- I got replied on that day: Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced. Please note the below mentioned complaint number for your future reference. Complaint number: 4160256 and 4160703. ---- 7 days is over. Till now I did not get the cach back in my HDFC Account.
