I ordered one tv in your website but i received a product which doesn't show in website. You people are cheating the customers.. And your customer service is very bad.. I requested for refund on 23-7-16 but still no one came to pickup the product.. Very bad experience. And putting in hold for several minutes.. What is horrible experience with you people

I'm really very frustrated with your customer care executives, especially Mr. Ranjit and Mr. Rajesh( tamil speaking people) .they even don't know how to handle the customers, very rude speaking, and shouting on me, they used some bad word on my phone call.. They are not giving
explanation on my product delay.. Very bad experience.
