Snapdeal.com — 2015 Republic day Offer not yet given | |||||
I have got my HTC phone on January 25, 2015. At that time snapdeal gave the offer of 1year additional warranty from warranty bazzar, for some mobiles. My HTC Desire 816G was one in that. But so far i haven't got any updates regarding the additional warranty. I have raised complaint in their site 4-5 times, but I haven't received any positive response from them. Please can you please help me for getting my additional warranty. Order NO ::[protected] Previous complaint NO :16171576. In snapdeal site they have stated that if a complaint is not solved in 30days, full pay will be refunded, but in my situation i haven'treceived any response for84 months :( Please help me in getting the offer or refund or else suggest some other ways to raised complaint on snapdeal.
