Sir i have got the faulty product by snapdeal a mobile of infocus m680 Order ID: [protected] that my product battery not given good backup pannel is lose as it not removable sim tray is not proper and there is a little white spot near message icon these are the problem or says defect in the mobile so they send the expert from there self and told me he check and then we do refund process he check and he see the defect he make a jobsheet and packed the product in snapdeal pollybag and says revrse pickup pickup done in 48hrs and refund intiate in 4 business days as that revrse pickup done and now refund declined i dont know why snapdeal doing this and this type of service they providing by saying your money is safe with trustpay . my registered mail id is manik.singhal.[protected]@gmail.com mobile no [protected] Order ID: [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
