Decline my return request and send product again with some damage Hi, I purchased one mobile from snapdeal i ordered it on 7 nov 2016. Order no:order id: [protected] (Suborder id: [protected]) I got item on 8th nov 2016. When i unbox item and i checked its various parameters i found out item was not that good and its like very bad product for 9200 odd rupees. So i decided return it. I tried on mobile app for return this item but there is no return option available so i tried to replacement option and also called snapdeal customer care for return then the customer care team assured me they register return request. Also in application there is no valid query selection for quality related. After replacement/return request. Item was picked up mobile on 15 nov 2016. Then after this after this i check application for tracking my return request and i shocked that they declined my request. Dont now why (Quality check) as i requested customer care i dont want this poor product. I requested many times for customer care please consider my request and refund my money as product is not meet my expectation as per its quality. But they denied many time so we are here helpless. Then i decided not bye any product online. O i accepted that i will use that poor product. So after this there is no any update on when this product will reach to me but i got call from courier guy on 24 nov 2016 for deliver of product. They delivered it on 24 nov 2016. O i once again open product and i shocked product was damaged there is damage on middle left side of mobile. As per design there is thin steel strip at every side but left side middle there is damage so immediately i called customer care and register complaint they assured me they will call me within 24 hrs. But i really frustrated and i wand resolution for this matter please help. After many calls to customer care center they send me mail for photo of product. I revert back them on 28 november. But till there were no any replay. Can any one suggest me how get help in this case. Is customer expect this kind of service from snapdeal. If customer paying full money till he not able to at list product in good condition. How customers will do shopping again at snapdeal??? Regards Was this information helpful? | |||||
