[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — An absolute fraud company which harasses consumers without any regard | |
I had ordered an electric bed warmer and a double bed sheet as a combo package offer. The combo package was priced at Rs.1459/-. I received an electronic order summary stating the price in my mail. First, it started with a delay in delivery. I had to keep calling Snapdeal to know when will the product be delivered. They crossed both the dates that they were supposed to deliver the product in. Finally when they delivered, they charged Rs.500/- extra, the courier person stating that this is the cost of the product and we are supposed to collect this exact amount. Since then it has been just about calling and complaining. Without proper intimation they sent the courier person to collect the product back at a time when we were not at home. They do not follow up the complaints lodged with the customers, instead keep harassing them with no real solution. It is simply a case of fraud and harassment towards the customers.
