[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Cheap product but not returned

Dear Sir,
I purchased a pair of shoes ( Yep-me Multi color Shoes ) Size 7, but the product as described in website was not same / equivalent. also fittings and comfortable of the shoes was also not good.
So i request to return the same within time as mentioned in returned policy.
but as i am complaining in Customer care representative to return it, they are replying that your order have been closed, because you deny to return the product as per their courier partner confirmation.
from that day i am calling day to day for returning the product as i am mailing them to return but they are saying at all the time that one of our courier partner will come to you for collecting the same but till date no one come to me.
Complain conservation have been recorded for your reference but it is not being uploaded. also m-email conservation is kept with me.
