[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Company itself did mistake and not refunding me for return | |||||
Order id: [protected], item: sparx pink running shoe, value: 809. I requested to return two items one was sparx grey running shoe and one was sparx pink running shoe. Now the courier boy took both the item from my end and delivered it back to snapdeal but he delivered grey at place of pink and pink at place of grey. The person who supposed to receive the grey actually received the pink, he refunded the amount against wrong item and the person who was supposed to receive pink actually received grey, said that i delivered a wrong product and refused the return. Now snapdeal has actually returned they sparx grey running shoe for which i already received the return in my bank account.in the whole case the whole mistake was of company delivery system for which i am being exploited. I called snapdeal for this to resolve the issue instead of resolving the issue the couriered back the grey shoe (Physically i received it back at my home) against which they themselves refunded me i. E. They refunded me the shoe and sent the shoe also back to me. I need my refund against sparx pink running shoe because it’s totally snapdeal’s fault not mine that they themselves not able to check at their own end. Was this information helpful? | |||||
