Courier picked up 2 shoes but reported only 1 as picked up, i have the receipt where there are 2 rows for that & i have signed in both rows. But i got refund for only one shoes & other shoes' status is 'not picked up'.. I have been calling snapdeal 6-7 times every time they say its been escalated & wait for 24-48 hours. But no resolution. Totally frustrated now.
