[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Damaged product dispatched by Snapdeal | |||||
I have received the BP apparatus from Snapdeal on 31st August 2016 on my office address, since I was not in town I opened the package on 2nd Sep 2016, found that the it was damaged and same time I have lodged request through snapdeal web for return or replace. I had changed the pick up address and the request for return has been cancelled from the web... Same time I called up Customer care number and narrated the story... they assured that the product can be picked up. Again I called up on 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th September 2016, same assurance has been given by the executives. But on 8th Sep 2016, one of the executive told that your product can not be replace.
