[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Damaged Product sold 4 times of MRP & no resolution on refund/reverse pickup | |||
Order# [protected] Bought a toy aeroplane at Rs 315 after discount of 50%+. While received product after 3 weeks of chasing, it was damaged one. And further MRP on box is Rs 129. Have raised atleast 5-6 times to customer care. No committment on date of reverse pickup and refund dates. Worst customer service I have ever seen - everytime I call up a fresh complaint is logged without any action on previous one. Customer care asked me to send snaps of damaged product/MRP on product - no action yet taken on it. I need Snapdeal to arrrange for below: Refund on money paid for product Refund of Rs. 00 for phone expenses I would have made Dont know what they refund for customer harrasment My sincere request to all online customers - never go for shopping to Snapdeal, worst online retailer selling horrible roadside product Regards, Pankaj Was this information helpful? | |||
