[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Delivered broken btwin bike | |||||
Order id: [protected] Snapdeal delivered btwin bike two days ago, which wasn't fixed. Some of the parts are broken. And some parts are missing. There are no tools given to fix the bike. There is no manual. No information/ guidance was given to install the bike. Moreover, customer care doesn't attend calls. There is no proper service like amazon and flipkart. If snapdeal is not attending my issues, i'm not going to take any more service of it. Until i paid the money, snapdeal pretended to be so caring. Now they are not responding to my calls.
