[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Delivery of Product | |||
I had ordered the Sennheiser MX 170 Earphones on 09/08/2014 Monday, I received the message that the estimated delivery date of my product is 09/14/2014 on 08/09, and again another message on 09/11 that product is ready with seller and will be shipped anytime with 48 hrs. On 09/14 I received the message the product delivery is delayed due to issue at courier end. I registered the Complaint regarding the issue and received the email as well. From that day they(snapdeal) are just giving their sympathies and sorry but not the resolution. They even don't have the actual description of reason due to which the delivery is delayed and haven't informed me the same so far. I am fed up with their follow ups. They should understand the importance of product delivery on time, which might be important to person who ordered it, money is also important here but what we do of that money which cannot be used and is stuck. I have order for gas stove Faber Crystal 40 CT AI Gas Cooktop in snapdeal on 17-Dec-14 and till today (23-Dec-14) I have not received the order. While booking it has been told only one day but after 6 days also I have not received. They are saying there is problem in courier side. I think they are using same trick with all the people. I have orderd a HP Cartridge from the website.First time when it was deliverd, the product waas fake.So, i complained about it to the websiteand to refund my money.They took a long time to refund my money and credited the money as SD Cash in my acoount.I reorderd the same product from the website because i have to use the SD cash on 23 december.When i tracked the order on the website GO JAVAS, it showed that i have cancelled the order, which is FALSE.The product was not cancelled by me.Even the courier person did not come to my house for delivery.My order no is [protected].I have sent many emails about that but they are only sending the useless emails.They are not taking any action about it.Thus, i want to inform the fraud and cheating snapdeal.com is doing with the customers.I think that my complaint about this on this website would help me to get my product.
