Dear Sir, I Have Ordered the product : Dr. Morepen Blood Pressure Monitor(bp09) on dt 04/03/2016. And Received the product on dt 09/03/2016. But due to some problem or anything it is not working porperly and the reading which show is not correct. So I filed the return request on dt 14/03/2016 and the pick up boy came on 15/03/2016. But the pickup boy did not take it and excuse that the snap deal packing is not with it. But i have the product with its box and bill but he denied. since that time i regularly follw up the costomer care of Snap deal and communicate with senior executives also, They always gave me two days time for picking it up but till now it is not picked up by Snap deal. Please help me for my Refund of Rs 1281/- My order no. is Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) on the my account it is showing that : Your refund request is being processed (Ticket Id:[protected] Item will be picked up within 3 - 4 business days. but till now there is not picking the item up nor giving me refund. i have registered a complain through akosha.com which details is as YOUR COMPLAINT INFORMATION Complaint filed against Your ticket number Plan Snapdeal #4772394 Free But till now it is not reverse picked up.
