Snapdeal.com — Email misused by an anonymous to create account & order products | |||||
Hi, My email id "[protected]@gmail.com" has been used by an anonymous person to create an account and order 3 mobile phones. Since I had the details in my inbox I logged in to the Snapdeal account and cancelled the order as well as requested Snapdeal to delete the account created with the email id "[protected]@gmail.com". I was surprised that the Snapdeal person did not take immediate action. Infact he did not even understand the urgency of the issue .All i was told was they need 24hrs to do something. I did not even get an acknowledgement. I seriously feel the senior management of Snapdeal has to take such issues on priority. Please delete the account with the email id '[protected]@gmail.com".
