I have placed an order of i phone 6 and i have got only the earphone and the empty box and courier wala says is parcel ki panni utar do m ise record kr lunga jisse ki hmpe bat na ajae and gone way and when we opened the parcel got nothing so do the need full

After all this nonsense still snapdeal is saying that they delivered me the phone so where is the phone and can they prove it because still i have got nothing and yesterday i have made call to snapdeal and Floor supervisor Abul was so arrogant while talking to me and MR Abhishek told me that Reverse pick has been initiated and Ms Nazia as well but today morning i have got a call from courier asking about the package condition who will open the order in the middle of the ROAD and here are some pics as well please have look on it and do something

I am not the only one who had faced this there are many more customers but look what i have got

This is to inform you when i have raised a request regarding this fraud then were asking for my id proofs and when i have submitted those thins then they denying for the refund and they are asking for the another id proofs and now they have called to inform me not able to refund where is my i phone refund or else prove me that the i phone was delivered successfully do something
and by this time i don't need assurance i need my refund

No i don't have much time because its limits now why i will wait for some time tell me i have send all the required thins which u want from me and if i got the phone then i will never complaint for the same you people were asking for government id prof's and here is the documents have a look on it if she does not belong to here so what is the problem in it i believe voter id card and pan card is government id proofs so how can you denie for the same
i will now forward an FIR as well for the same

Now snapdeal had clearly said that they will not gonna refund my amount now m gonna file an FIR by tomorrow then they will realize this cheat

Hi Mr KUNAL BAHL i have just got a call from your social media team and they have told me that they have investigate the case and they have found that i have my complaint was not genuine so my complaint has not been cater by your side no issue MR KUNAL now i will proceed with the legal terms and i will show you how to deal with the customers or else show me the proofs of the phone or the successful delivery of the i phone now its the limit which you have crossed and now i am definitely take an action against this.
