I ordered envie AA 2100 2pl battery but i get the product which is not working at all and also when I requested return the particular courier partner named Jaswant Narayan Sara(mob. no. [protected]) from JV_EXPRESS be fooled us by declaring that he was been there but he didn't arrived at all.i want to return my product but the partner was not responding and snapdeal keep updating us they will cancel the return request within 48 hours. Please resolve our problem.Thank you.

Updated by Rubina Anjum sir, they are still updating fake information that they have been there for the pickup.. please look over the matter...they are not been there and just giving wrong pickups notification to the company...i really want to return the product as its not working ... i never expected this type of service from snapdeal.com
