[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Fake promises and no product delivery | |||
It is the worst experience with an online purchasing website, I will name it snapdeal.com and never order again. I placed an order of a bean bag on the 13th. I got an email that the package was dispatched on the 18th. They told me it would be delivered by the 22nd. When I called on 22nd they told me 26th. When I called on 26th they tell me 28th. When I called on 28th they told me 31st! Today is 31st and again I was told by an automated call that it is delayed again. When I call snapdeal they tell me they have already shipped the package. And all they do is forward requests! When I call e-com courier services they tell me that 'sorry sir due to festival it's going to take some time' Some more time?? I mean it's already 20 days!!! It doesn't even take an international parcel to reach so long. All they are doing is making a fool out of customers I've attached an image that has the order details.
