[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Falsely took order and changed delivery date just after the order - Be Warned Buyers!

I have placed order : Your order ID: [protected] | Order Placed on :[protected]:46:29 At the time of order it was said that item will be shipped within 20 days and delivered in 7 days max from shipping date. Just after the order details changed: Estimated Dispatch Date : Nov 03, 2014 Delivery Date : Nov 10, 2014 I have dropped 5 mails and they responded to 2 mails with a copy-paste content: Thank you for placing the order with Snapdeal. We value your recent purchase. Your order has been processed and same will be dispatched in 20 business days, . Once your product is shipped you will receive an email and SMS notification with the courier tracking details and the estimated shipping date Nov 03, 2014. In case of any changes in the delivery schedule we will inform you via SMS/Email. In case of any further assistance or clarification on this issue, please reply back to this email. Assuring you of our best services always, Yours sincerely, Customer Service Team – Snapdeal.com [protected][protected] Don't use this site as of now they had stopped answering mails and phone calls and no update as of now. I asked them to refund, but no answer. Planning to file case in consumer court post diwali, already spoke to lawyer. Friends, pay some money extra, but buy a good product that you trust and don't get fooled by them. See if they keep your money for a month and refund it with apology than guess how much money they make? Ok I will tell you, this year online sell crossing 10 thousand crores, out of which if they fool us the same was snapdeal is fooling us than they make more than 100 crores as interest from bank accounts. So readers, wake up!!!
