[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Faulty product | |||||
I have purchased DDR2 2GB RAM worth RS. 1170/- order no. [protected] It is delayed by 3 days as per delivery date by seller..When I connected it to motherboard, Machine was not getting started.. It is totally faulty piece.. Because, same product DDR2 1GB RAM I have purchased earlier from paytm.com, It was working fine.. Same configuration 800 MHZ .. Now, Snapdeal not returning product, they have provided faulty product to me, as machine not getting start with RAM. Even I requested them that I m ready to purchase another RAM of same worth from their site..but they are not ready to hear me...even they delayed product by 3 days, i never say anything. I trusted on Snapdeal because of low price, but they given me faultg piece with delay, so that return date will get complete and Then they can say your return date is over... Snapdeal cheated me.. Jan 22, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Product is returned successfully after complaint.. Snapdeal returned my money back for their defective product..
