[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — F&D A110 | |||||
I have bought F&D Speakers on 23rd of August 2016. i received them on 30th. They were faulty as their woofers were not working.so i called them within an hour for replacement or refund. they took it back on 31st. now i called them about 20 times and first they said that they were rejected in a quality check. Then they said that they accidentally put the rejection on some other product.every time they say that you will receive the refund within 24 hours sometime they say in 48 hours or within 3 days. its been about 25 days and i have not receive my money back. I have to buy that product so i bought it from some other place. Every time they i call, they tell me the same problem and say it will be resolved soon, but it never did. in the order section of my account, it is showing "refund successful" but i never recieve my money back. Please help me. I want my money back but i do not think they are planning to give it to me any time soon. Was this information helpful? | |||||
