Snapdeal- a big fraud online shopping website.
First i ordered unboxed xiaomi mi4 16gb which was already used and defective. Had problems with battery, screen, camera and heating problem. I experienced many difficulties while returning the product because i was routed to customer care then website and then again customer care. Well, after so many calls and mails finally my product returned and got my refund too late. Then i purchased unboxed xiaomi mi4 64gb thinking snapdeal will not repeat its mistake again. But this time snapdeal did fraud with me, snapdeal said they are sending me unboxed mi4 64gb but when i received my product, the mobile was used again this time too. And due to so much use of cellphone the backside sticker which reflects imei number has gone dirty and it determines that mobile has been used for many months. Then i checked the invoices and the story unfolded, seller's invoice says refurbished mi4 64gb but snapdeal's invoice says unboxed mi464gb. After looking at the invoices i was about to fall on the ground. How can snapdeal do this to me. I have never seen such a fraud e-commerce company like snapdeal. I am also attaching the invoices so that you can see them, i am going to send a chain-email to all of my friends and post it on facebook, google+ and tweet on twitter about this. Also i am going to put a complaint on all consumer forums and websites. I am literally regretting what i did. I burnt my fingers once again. I would recommend everyone not to buy from snapdeal.

worst on snap deal that it is giving tailored made replies instead of giving the actual reasons what has happend first i uninstalled the app now am going to delete my account

And now, I get two calls from Snapdeal and they explain me that it is unboxed phone so minor scratch may be on the phone then I teach them about the difference between the REFURBISHED AND UNBOXED which I found out later that they didn't know the difference between REFURBISHED AND UNBOXED and they had just called to CONVINCE me to keep the mobile and shut my mouth. Above all, after two days I get a call from the seller itself and the lady tells me there was technical error in the bill hence mobile needs no replacement but after making her understand that I can see that mobile has been used for many days and later she checks the images which I had sent earlier then she realises that I am correct and forwards my complaint further. Today I got a call from snapdeal and they directly told me that "complaint cannot be taken because investigation did not found any error and mobile is fine". Now I am forwarding my complaint to consumer court.
I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERY ONE NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM SNAPDEAL BECAUSE THEY ARE DOING FRAUDS WITH YOU

Now, snapdeal calls me and tells me that their team has investigated the product and it is fine but i dont understand what is fine because seller says refurbished mobile and snapdeal says unboxed mobile. It means that snapdeal is selling refurbished mobile but telling people that they are selling refurbished which is a fraud. I want snapdeal to refund my money and stop doing fraud with customers. And customers please dont buy anything from snapdeal because they are doing frauds with you
