Snapdeal.com — I haven't received my cashback for order order id: [protected] till date.

I have raised many concerns but did not get any satisfactory reply till date.
also i have sent 3 months credit card statements.
this is all reference number, i raised on snapdeal site.

customer guys are asking the 4 months statements in PDF format but unable to upload PDF format in snapdeal help center and also when i am sending the mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com but, the mail is getting failed with this reason "We are no longer handling queries sent via '[protected]@snapdeal.com'. However, we have made it very easy for you to contact us. "

so can you please help us here ..i have already sent statement in other format to snapdeal help center.

this is very frustrating thing i am doing from last 1 month.

i have also talked to HDFC credit card department customer care,
they are also saying that no any cash back is credited to my account.(hdfc reference number :- [protected])
