Snapdeal.com — Lenovo laptop charger | |||||
I ordered lenovo laptop charger on 14/04/2016. The charger received was fake and stopped working within 2 weeks. Even though it falls under warranty period i am unable to get any help from snapdeal buyers. They are replying by saying that the product has been used for over a week, hence cannot be exchanged. I kindly request you to take up the issue, ts been over a month and my work is suffering. Please exchange the charger or at least reimburse the money. I had returned an item and was able to see that I'll get my refund in few hours whereas I haven't received it for days now. I'm not able to get connected with the customer executive as well all I'm able to hear are the recorded messages. I need my refund asap.
I received a damaged product & there is no expiry date on product and now snapdeal refuse to give refund for damaged product.[protected]. Is my order number. I have called many times to snapdeal care but not giving any answer totally making waste of time.its my first order and they are not giving any answer.
