Dear snapdeal, my mobile is dead, it is not working, i got my mobile Meizu Mx5 on February 29th, and it worked perfectly with no issues till August 26th, but after that my mobile is getting restarted automatically and also apps are closing automatically, it is getting heated up, i dont know what's happening with my phone and like that it again switched off, i thought it will restart but it didn't, i kept charging to it but no response, i tried switching it on, but no use, then i got to know that my phone is DEAD, but i still have my warranty for another 6 months, my order id is [protected], hope you consider this complaint and rectify the situation of my phone as fast as possible.you can contact me to this mail or you can call to phone no:[protected], Thank you.
