Sir i have purchased a mobile order no. [protected]. But item not received according to their specifications mentioned in the site. On the next day (13th of july) i returned it confirmation number 42925338. Today one of your representative called up and said that they have gone through the quality check and they are going to return back to me. It was clearly mentioned in your specifications that it has vibration facility. But the phone doesn't have. Now they are not accepting it. I have provided the screen shot of the site.
