I have received the product on 13th november but it was a gift for my cushion.When he open it on 30th november we found that the display is broken and its a scrap product. We have ordered a black one they gave us grey one .One of the customer care executive told me to visit at service center and ask them if they are not working then snapdead will refund me .After i have started this process servicenter authority rejected the handset a told me why you purchase from online its too bad .Now i felt it why he said to me like this . Then snapdeal cc executive told me we cant refund you because already 7 day policy is completed .What a policy .So as per my decision.. Snapdeal is a fraud company ..I have purchased a phone karbon k22+ on diwali offer .And the parcel contain a piece of that handset with display cracked ... So i never recommend any one to purchase from snapdeal... Was this information helpful? | |||||
