[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Mobile screen broken and customer centre charging high | |||||
Respected sir, i Aishwarya kansal who purchased a coolpad dazen1 mobile phone through snapdeal.com. After receiving the same due to my mistake it was fell down from my hand and its touch display was broken. Then i made a request to snapdeal for returning the same but they told it should not return. Later i had gone to its service centre at nehru place (Guru amar das building, 78, 2nd floor) but they told the cost of display & including service tax its cost will be about 4100 / - . Its better for me to purchase a new one. Then they replied its your matter and again he was repeating this cost is 4100 / - and the parts of this phone is more costly than its cost. Hence i requested you kindly resolve my problem and provide me a better service according to the warranty of phone. And there is no other centre . what should I do kindly Help.
